1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ST Bus Timetable Maharashtra (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

ST Bus Timetable Maharashtra provides a public, search-only lookup of Maharashtra ST bus timetable information. Features may include place-name search (English / Marathi labels), filters, and device-local favourite routes. We do not sell tickets, take bookings, or process payments.

3. No affiliation with MSRTC

The Service is unofficial and independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) or any government transport authority. MSRTC names, logos, and marks (if mentioned) belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive reference.

4. Timetable accuracy

Timetable data is collected from ST bus stands, shared by commuters, and drawn from documents published on official MSRTC websites. We strive to keep information useful, but we do not warrant that any departure time, route, via point, bus type, or related detail is accurate, complete, or current.

You are solely responsible for confirming travel plans with MSRTC, depot staff, or at the bus stand before you travel.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent the Service as an official MSRTC product
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or compromise the website or its databases
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Copy or redistribute large portions of the database in a way that harms the project or misleads the public

6. No tickets or customer support for travel

We do not issue tickets, refunds, or travel compensation. For booking, cancellations, lost property, or complaints about bus service, contact MSRTC through their official channels.

7. Intellectual property

The ST Bus Timetable Maharashtra name, site design, and software presentation are provided for personal, non-commercial use of the lookup tool. Underlying timetable facts may originate from public / published MSRTC materials and community collection; we do not claim ownership of official MSRTC publications.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ST Bus Timetable Maharashtra and its contributors shall not be liable for any loss, delay, missed connection, expense, or damage arising from use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on any timetable information shown.

10. Privacy

How we handle limited technical data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may update features, data, or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when terms are revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing note

These Terms are intended for users of a public web timetable tool. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership or agency relationship with MSRTC.
